What does Auraxis do?
We build apps, websites, and business systems around your needs, and we also prepare ready-made apps for the UAE market, with support after launch.
Is Auraxis a software development company?
Yes. Custom development of apps, websites, and systems is a core part of our work, alongside ready-made solutions when a faster launch is the better path.
Do you show ready systems that can be tried?
Yes. The Systems page lists working models such as wholesale accounts, a private clinic, and a pharmacy. The demo is for review, then we configure the system for your business after agreement.
Where do you operate?
We operate in the UAE market and serve businesses across the Emirates through remote delivery and direct contact.
Apps and Licensing
Do you own the apps you sell?
Not necessarily. We work with owners or providers to obtain licensing or distribution rights for each case.
Will I own the app?
It depends on the agreement. You may receive a usage license, subscription, or other defined rights. Source-code ownership transfers only if the contract says so.
Can the app use my brand?
The name, logo, colors, and some content can often be customized, but the level of customization depends on the app and provider terms.
Can I see the app before contracting?
We provide a demo or trial when the provider makes one available.
Why are there no fixed prices?
Cost varies by app, licensing model, customization, integrations, and required support. We therefore provide a tailored proposal after assessment.

Must I create a company or team in the UAE before contacting you?
No. We begin by assessing the app and opportunity, then identify the legal, commercial, and operational requirements for the case.
Do I retain ownership and decision-making?
Yes, unless a partnership agreement states otherwise. The contract defines each party’s authority and responsibilities.
Do you handle all support and operations?
This can be arranged within a defined scope. In some projects, our role may be limited to localization, launch, or local coordination.
Do you guarantee the app’s success in the UAE?
Commercial results cannot be guaranteed. We provide assessment, execution, and follow-up as agreed, while success also depends on product, market, pricing, investment, and execution.

How do I start?

How long does the process take?
Timing is defined after reviewing licensing, customization, integrations, and launch requirements. The estimated timeline appears in the proposal.
When does a commitment begin?
A website form or initial conversation does not create a commercial commitment. Work begins after proposal approval and agreement signing.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. The website opens in English, and you can switch to Arabic from the language button. We work in both languages.
